Love this bunk bed,?it’s slim, modern look and most of all it’s a space saver. My kids room is very small, I like that I can fit a bunk bed in their room without looking bulky, it is slim and modern look. My kids ages are 12yr and 8yrs they are average size they fit well and they say they feel comfy and safe, they love too, so I give it a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The bed is very heavy inside the box but once installed, ? I just hope it last. My kids are pretty calm they know they should not be jumping on the bed, so I’m hoping it last, until they outgrow it.Fairly easy to put together. One person can do it in about an hour if you are handy and have the right tools. I used my ratchet and Allen wrench attachment and it made the process smoother.Handy tip... when putting in the clips that hold the slats in place, use 2 hands, press on the outer edges at the same time, bowing the clip out, and then they snap in really easy. Otherwise you have to fight them a little. Once I figured that out the rest was super easy.I am an 6,4 18 year old an I can fit an comfortably sleep on the top bunk an I built it in 2 1/2 hours which isn’t bad to be honestI have a lot of anxiety and didn't want a typically sized (in height) bunk bed. This one fit the bill very well.We actually have two of these. We have 4 boys, ages 9, 6, 4, and almost 3. My husband did most of the work, and messed up one of the pieces (the ladder piece) on both bunks (we set them up at two different times, actually three), and my husband had to go back and disassemble the bunks a bit to fix it.Two other negatives to mention:one of the bunk beds makes a loud clunking noise when one of my sons rolls over (on the top). It sounds like rattling. Not sure where the problem lies. It doesn't seem to wake anyone, but it bugs me.The other negative is that the railing of the top bunk covers the light switch perfectly, so it's a struggle to turn the light off without pulling out the bunk bed slightly (the bedroom isn't very big anyway, but just something to note). Some positives:My almost 3 year old has fallen from the ladder a few times and no major injuries, no need for stitches. Just bumps and bruises. My 9yo and 6yo both sleep well on their top beds. The 4 year old and almost 3 year old usually end up with Mom and Dad. I don't think this has anything to do with the bed itself though.Overall, a good purchase. Would recommend to a friend, but tell them about the rattling.I have a toddler, who transitioned from a crib to this bottom bunk bed. Her older sister sleeps on the top. We have low ceilings and I liked that the 2 year old won't have far to fall if she rolls out of bed. My oldest has plenty of room to sit up, in fact there's plenty of room between the bottom and top as well. My 12 year old helped me assemble, though I could have done it alone probably. It was a breeze to put together. If I had to list a con, it'd be that it's kinda loud when the older kiddo moves around in the top bunk, but it's okay.Great sturdy bed... Complicated assembly, but satisfying to complete the project. This bed was fairly easy to assemble. I have older teenagers and they haven’t had many issues with their new bed. My daughter is 5’ 6” and she def has to duck but she’s fond of that. She says it gives her a level of comfort being tucked away in her bed lolOverall, it’s a decent purchase.I was a little skeptical but I’m glad I made the purchase. It was easy to assemble. It’s actually very sturdy. I love how there is a lot of space between the beds. My boys love their bed.Took me about 3 hours by myself to unpack and assemble. I purchased thetwin over twin. Its a little shorter than I thought it would be. But my kids love it. Its a little wobbly with my 11 year old on the top but they aren't complaining so I'm happy. Delivery was much sooner than expected and assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow. No pieces were damaged eithe like some reviews mention.I LOVE these bunkbeds! Just put them together yesterday for my son. They were pretty easy to put together and the instructions were easy/basic.The only flaw that I feel these bunkbeds might have is I dont understand why the bars that the mattress lay on, why the end pieces are flat? To me, they seem like they would bend easy..like I wouldnt chance laying on ither bed with my child in fear of bending the bars underneath the mattress at where they lock in place to the side metal frame. And kids do like to mess around in their beds so what if he jumps into or on the bed or something (even tho I made 3 rules regarding safty on the top bunk but kids do "forget" when parents r in other rooms..) And bends the bars? Only time will tell how strong these bars are but that is my only concern. Specially after spending so much on these bunkbeds. The plastic pieces that you use to secure the bars in the slots and the other plastic pieces just be gentle when installing them as I did break a few and am sure glad they sent extras!Other than these few minor things I had issues with, once they were built and done up, they look awesome and I love how much lower the beds are than other metal bunkbeds are! That is why I chose these ones.please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. where to start. assembly takes a long time you need to snap in about a hundred little plastic clips and they tend to break if your not careful. covered in warning stickers that are a pain in the butt to peal off. and my biggest complaint: the futon hinge doesnt work!! every time your try to convert form sofa too bed it sounds like the hinge is coming apart. i took the matress off and noticed the hinge was rubbing on the frame, so bad infact that it dented out the sides and wore the paint off. i thought maybe i had installed backwards our something so i took it apart again and tried flipping things around. nope nothing worked, i have to assume this is the way its designed. absolute garbage productI searched for a twin over twin bunk bed for awhile for my 2 girls, ages 5 & 2. The wood style bunk beds seemed extremely over-priced. I came across this bunk bed and found that Amazon had the best price. Although I didn’t originally want a metal bunk bed, I’m very happy with my purchase. It is perfect for my girls. Obviously putting it together is a bit of a pain, but that would be the case with any set purchased online (unless you’re willing to pay for assembly). It just took some time, but was pretty straightforward. I really like how the bottom bunk is very close to the floor for my 2 year old. It has lots of head room for her when she sits up, and I also like how the top bunk isn’t very high as well! It makes changing the bedding a lot easier. The room isn’t very big, so I also like that it doesn’t take up a lot of space. No complaints whatsoever with the bed. The only issue I had is that the first one I ordered never arrived, and I was not informed that it wouldn’t be coming (I think it may have been damaged before being delivered…miscommunication between Amazon and the delivery company I guess?!). However, when I did call Amazon to find out what was going on with it and why it hadn’t arrived, they quickly cancelled the original order and put a new order through, which I received in good shape. (Even though the box was a little beat up, the bed itself was packaged very well with no damage), and arrived in a reasonable amount of time.We got these bunk beds for my 2 kids (2 year old and 4 year old) and we are all very happy with them! The kids sleep very well on them and as parents we are very happy with our purchase. Well worth the money! Very sturdy and very straight forward to assemble. It took my hubby about 3 hours to put together. We live in an apartment and they are a great fit! I highly recommend these to anyone wanting some great bunkbeds for a great price!
