My great grandchildren absolutely LOVE their new beds!!!!Great product. To big for the area it was planned for.My girls like the setup. They are next to each other but with their own space. Instruction were a bit confusing. We ended up putting beds together upside down and having to redo cause there was nothing to.say where certain holes had to be until we got to top bunk and realized we couldnt screw the 3 together. Does squeak a little. Pretty tall. Came in 2 sperate packages over 3 days.At first i was upset i didn’t get all the parts but it came the next day. Seller reached out via phone to make sure the other parts came & was very polite. Stayed on the phone to make sure email got to me also . Definitely worth the buy & truely deserve 5 starsThe screws keep unscrewing themselves even after the bed is already assembled. The assembly was not easy especially in the bases of each bed. It is not sturdy at all… seems very frágil. It squeaks every time it’s touched, feels like it’s going to fall apart.My boys love they buck bedOkay so these beds are really nice. The instruction are pretty easy to read. So easy to read my husband and I only yelled at each other once! Haha! Anyways it took us about two hours but the hardest part was putting the metal slates in. It was hard getting them in on both sides because if you lift to much boom they all fall! And that's when the yelling happened which I am sure you guessed! All in all this bed was easy to put together and it is extremely sturdy. My children love it! I definitely recommend!!!
