We ordered this bed because it’s so dang cute, and my daughter loves it. That being said, it isn’t very sturdy. One of the main supports on the base has already cracked, and we had to add more supports under the mattress so that it didn’t sag at the top and bottom. The entire bed shakes when you sit in it, so this is not for a kid that wants to jump in their bed!I think we can make it work for a year or two, but this is not sturdy enough to keep for a long time.This bed is very easy to assemble specially with the east to follow instructions that come with. We also had to contact customer services due to delivery, and they were always responsive and accommodating. Happy kid, happy mom.We bought this for our toddler. Even with a broken wrist (my non dominant hand) this was easy to assemble. I recommend using your own, better, hex wrenches. It comes with the one you need to assemble it but it's tiny. Using nice t-grip ones makes it so much faster. It's surprisingly sturdy, even though it looks a little sparsely built. Great customer support if there's issues, they got back to us and replaced the one part that came damaged very quickly. It's an awesome kids bed. Looks great, works great, easy to assemble, sturdy.Its perfect just came with a few dents which is the reason for the 4 stars! But my daughter loves it & i think its perfect for toddlers .Our daughter loves her bed and we love that it's safe for her. Having the mattress close to the floor eliminates the need for bed rails and the house design is great to grow with her. We can decorate it with her different interests as they change over the years!It was easy and perfect sizeMy son and daughter love itThis arrived on time, but is so heavy I needed help moving it. Then as I started building…everything went wrong. It was missing pieces, the holes were too shallow to secure the part that could be built. Overall, this was a mess and it’s still sitting in my living room as I wait for a response or replacement pieces.Very disappointed. Overall, it’s a cute bed. The instructions were difficult, screws were missing and mislabeled, and broken pieces. None of the slats were long enough to screw into both sides. Very cute, just not made well or user friendly
